Reporter lines
Genome editing for non-destructive evaluation of the expression levels of genes of interest. The sequence coding for fluorescent or luminescent proteins is introduced together with a self-cleaving 2A peptide or IRES immediately before the stop codon or in the 3' UTR of the target gene.

Adding genome editing using genome-edited cells listed in our catalog as a parent stock does not accumulate the price of genome editing. This system allows customers to obtain multiplexed edited cells at a lower price than would otherwise be possible.
